Richteren 14:4

SV	Zijn vader nu en zijn moeder wisten niet, dat dit van den HEERE was, dat hij gelegenheid zocht van de Filistijnen; want de Filistijnen heersten te dier tijd over Israel.
WLC	וְאָבִ֨יו וְאִמֹּ֜ו לֹ֣א יָדְע֗וּ כִּ֤י מֵיְהוָה֙ הִ֔יא כִּי־תֹאֲנָ֥ה הֽוּא־מְבַקֵּ֖שׁ מִפְּלִשְׁתִּ֑ים וּבָעֵ֣ת הַהִ֔יא פְּלִשְׁתִּ֖ים מֹשְׁלִ֥ים בְּיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ פ
Trans.	wə’āḇîw wə’immwō lō’ yāḏə‘û kî mêəhwâ hî’ kî-ṯō’ănâ hû’-məḇaqqēš mipəlišətîm ûḇā‘ēṯ hahî’ pəlišətîm mōšəlîm bəyiśərā’ēl:

AC	ד ואביו ואמו לא ידעו כי מיהוה היא--כי תאנה הוא מבקש מפלשתים ובעת ההיא פלשתים משלים בישראל
ASV	But his father and his mother knew not that it was of Jehovah; for he sought an occasion against the Philistines. Now at that time the Philistines had rule over Israel.
BE	Now his father and mother had no knowledge that this was the purpose of the Lord, who had the destruction of the Philistines in mind. Now the Philistines at that time were ruling over Israel.
Darby	And his father and his mother did not know that it was of Jehovah, that he was seeking an occasion against the Philistines. Now at that time the Philistines were ruling over Israel.
ELB05	Sein Vater und seine Mutter wußten aber nicht, daß es von Jehova war; denn er suchte eine Gelegenheit an den Philistern. Und in jener Zeit herrschten die Philister über Israel.
LSG	Son père et sa mère ne savaient pas que cela venait de l'Eternel: car Samson cherchait une occasion de dispute de la part des Philistins. En ce temps-là, les Philistins dominaient sur Israël.
Sch	Aber sein Vater und seine Mutter wußten nicht, daß es von dem HERRN kam, und daß er gegenüber den Philistern einen Anlaß suchte. Die Philister herrschten nämlich zu jener Zeit über Israel.
Web	But his father and his mother knew not that it was of the LORD, that he sought an occasion against the Philistines: for at that time the Philistines had dominion over Israel.
